From Submission to Launch

Here’s exactly what happens after you hit send.

Submit your game
Fill out the form below with your game info, genre, completion status, and a brief pitch or build link. We read every submission.
We review and respond
We’ll get back to you within 2 weeks. If we’re interested, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your game and answer your questions about working with us.
Offer and contract
We send you a publishing offer with clear terms. You can negotiate, ask questions, or bring a lawyer. We don’t rush this step.
Publication prep
We handle platform submissions, age-gating, compliance, and marketing setup. You deliver the game, we handle the paperwork.
Launch and beyond
We manage the launch campaign, drive wishlist and community engagement, and handle ongoing platform management. Royalties paid quarterly.

Do you take ownership of my game or IP?

Never. You retain full ownership of your game, characters, story, and all intellectual property. We receive publishing rights only and those revert to you if the agreement ends.

Does my game need to be finished?

No. We work with games at various stages from solid pitches to finished builds. Games in active development (60–80% complete) are a sweet spot, but earlier-stage projects with strong concepts are welcome.

What genres do you publish?

Our focus is adult games: visual novels, RPGs, dating sims, action games, and hybrids. If you’re unsure whether your game is a fit, submit anyway and we’ll tell you honestly.

What platforms will you publish on?

Steam and itch.io as standard. DLsite and Nutaku as optional additions. Japanese localization and DLsite distribution is available as a separate service if your game is English-only.

How are advances structured?

Advances are milestone-gated: we pay in stages as you hit agreed development milestones. Advances are recouped from our share only. Your royalty never goes toward recouping an advance.

Can I self-publish on some platforms while working with you?

We offer non-exclusive arrangements for developers who want to retain direct sales channels. Ask us about this when you submit.
